Job Summary
Support technical and operational teams by acting as the technical contact for Business Partners regarding tools and software. Analyze customer service data to identify improvement levers, such as loan failure rates, and track CRM activities per internal procedures. Manage demonstration equipment inventory and commercial opportunities by converting loans into sales. Train field teams on technical updates and assist new hires in skill integration. Contribute to training organization, including internal and external events, and communicate with audioprosthesis schools. Participate in cross-functional meetings and prepare content for health professionals. Maintain technical and competitive intelligence while supporting the acoustic commercial strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Maîtrise des outils CRM et ERP
- Anglais professionnel requis
- Français langue maternelle
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire ou au sein d'un service client
