Job Summary
Conduct daily deboning and cutting of bovine, swine, and poultry pieces according to established procedures. Perform cleaning of cut pieces, pack and seal meats, and organize stock and cold rooms. Provide customer service with guidance on cuts, price assortments, and maintain product displays. Manage expiration date controls, conduct weekly and quarterly inventory, and ensure compliance with all processes and routines. Requires medium education and strong customer communication skills.
