Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse; active and clear license in the State of Florida
- 3+ years of Clinical experience
- 2+ years of case management experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of working with Alzheimer's/Dementia patients preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel
- Knowledge of EMR systems; Athena knowledge preferred
