ACMV FM Engineer

Job Summary
Manage ACMV facilities to ensure high reliability, availability, and operational requirements. Resolve operation issues across ACMV systems, laboratories, and clean rooms while maintaining plant efficiency. Support the site technical team in sustainability test-bedding projects, technology deployment, and annual system shutdowns. Coordinate with clients and agencies on assessments, manage specialist and sub-contractor performance, and monitor campus energy efficiency improvements. Accompany clients during PM inspections and walkthroughs, providing clear explanations of procedures and findings. Maintain professional relationships with client representatives and facility managers by offering timely updates on schedules and proactively proposing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma related to FM or Mechanical Engineering
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- ACMV or M&E knowledge
- construction experience

- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and organize one's work in-order to meet target set
