Deliver exceptional guest experiences by serving food and drinks efficiently while maintaining five-star standards and minimizing complaints through professional handling. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to maximize sales performance and manage stock and staff costs independently when managers are absent. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, cleaning rotas, and health and safety regulations, including fire procedures and infection control. Maintain accurate billing systems to process payments and account for all reception sales. Work autonomously to assist with event setups and keep guests informed about current promotions and the food and drink range.
