Job Summary
Support Achima's leaders and staff operationally through recruitment, payroll administration, and on/offboarding in the Kontek HRM system. Administer job postings via Teamtailor to attract talent, while actively developing and implementing strategic HR processes. Provide consultative support on labor law matters and rehabilitation procedures, and contribute to creating governing HR documentation. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to build trust and improve internal processes. This temporary, full-time role begins late November 2026 and runs through autumn 2027. The position requires a self-driven HR professional with an academic background or equivalent experience, capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting a small, family-oriented team in Karlskrona.
Required Qualifications
- Academic degree in HR field or equivalent work experience
- Several years of work experience in HR
- Ability to act as a support to managers
- Experience with operational and strategic HR work
- Knowledge of laws, agreements, and other regulations within HR
- Interest in actively contributing to building Achima's employer brand
- Self-leadership skills
- Ability to drive things independently
- Understanding of the importance of being part of a team
- Service-oriented and communicative
