Achievement and Behavior Support Specialist at Ridge Park Charter Academy

Develop individualized behavior and academic plans for identified students while collaborating with classroom teachers and reading specialists to create and execute intervention plans. Implement the responsible thinking process to encourage students to proactively make college-bound choices through daily encouragers, community builders, and progress monitors. This full-time role supports a diverse student body of young learners aged 5-8 in a safe learning environment conducive for learning.
