Job Summary
Develop individualized behavior and academic plans for identified students; collaborate with classroom teachers and reading specialists to create and execute intervention plans; implement a responsible thinking process to encourage students to proactively make college-bound choices, with daily encouragement, community building, and progress monitoring. Qualifications include a high school diploma with 2 years of experience working with children with behavior or an Associate Degree; leadership and school culture development skills; and preferred experience in managing student behavior and assisting educators with behavior management.
