Structure IT outsourcing contracts with suppliers and manage the full software procurement cycle, including sourcing, tender documentation, negotiations, and contractualization. Lead supplier governance through business reviews and COPIL sessions while monitoring market trends and managing supplier risks. Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and design SRM processes, tools, and KPIs. Revise governance models based on supplier segmentation and master tender management and commercial negotiations. Requires 5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles, with professional English proficiency.
