Job Summary
Manage the flexible packaging portfolio for PGC activities by defining and deploying strategies aligned with profitability and sustainability goals. Prepare and monitor budgets, track raw material indices, and lead supplier panels while identifying innovation opportunities. Drive innovation and renovation projects through sourcing, contract negotiation, and full project participation. Collaborate with R&D to deploy 3R solutions and simplify the portfolio through continuous process improvement. Secure supply by managing supplier performance, service levels, quality, and business continuity plans. Requires a Bac +5 degree, six years of FMCG packaging experience, and professional English. Two to three monthly travel trips.
Required Qualifications
- Formation Bac +5, en école de commerce, master achats ou école d'ingénieur
- Expérience probante et réussie de 6 ans minimum (hors alternance) dans le packaging/emballage
- Expérience en gestion de projets
- Expérience en négociations des contrats achats au sein d'un univers FMCG
- Anglais professionnel (oral et écrit)
- Déplacements (en moyenne 2 à 3 déplacements pars mois)
