ACH & Instant Payments Operations Manager

Lead end-to-end ACH operations across Deposit Operations and Treasury Management, establishing consistent workflows, service standards, and escalation routines to ensure timely processing and accurate exception resolution. Serve as the primary operational escalation point for complex ACH matters while strengthening collaboration between teams and maintaining aligned execution. Mentor a high-performing team focused on service excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement to drive straight-through processing rates and operational efficiencies. Ensure full compliance with NACHA Operating Rules, EPAY requirements, and applicable banking regulations by overseeing monitoring, testing, and validation of processes, while managing audit readiness and remediation efforts. Act as the subject matter expert for emerging payment technologies, including Real Time Payments and Fed Now, providing operational insight on risks and readiness for feasibility analysis and implementation planning. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Fraud Operations, and Technology teams to mitigate operational risks and support the broader payments strategy through modernization initiatives.
