Job Summary
Acera Senior Account Executive in NW Dallas, TX responsible for managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, developing and executing territory business plans (including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization), and building trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments. Responsibilities include delivering compliant product demonstrations and clinical support, accurate forecasting and inventory management, and travel within the territory. Requires use of a personal vehicle for company business, adherence to driver policy, and ongoing MVR monitoring. Strong emphasis on time management, interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation and presentation abilities, and proficiency with MS Office and Concur. Travel up to 90% within the sales territory; base salary $95,000 with commission opportunities; relocation assistance may be authorized; must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales OR High School Diploma/GED AND 9+ years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
- Current, valid Driver’s License
