Job Summary
ACE SALES ASSOCIATE at Houchens Ace Hardware responsible for engaging customers, maintaining department organization and stocking, executing daily store goals with urgency, participating in team huddles, removing and applying price/promotional tags, restocking displays, handling special orders, and preventing shoplifting. Demonstrates excellent customer service, promotes Ace Rewards, greets customers, assists with heavy items, and trains peers. Requires professional communication, strong customer service, teamwork, willingness to learn across store areas, and bilingual (Spanish) abilities preferred.

- Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for details
- Willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others
- Proven track record of being a team player
