ACE SALES ASSOCIATE

Retail floor associate responsible for unloading trucks, stocking and maintaining assigned departments, assisting customers with needs, and promoting the Ace Rewards program. Duties include keeping displays tidy, tagging and clearing promotional items, participating in daily huddles, applying the Five Foot Rule to engage customers, handling simple complaints with management involvement as needed, and supporting training of peers. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to move merchandise up to 40 pounds and maintain a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable customer experience.
