Job Summary
Process and stock product, build and fill displays, and handle customer payments with genuine care. Drive store sales by acknowledging customers, meeting their needs, and resolving concerns quickly. Perform accurate product scanning, manage tender and coupons, and answer incoming phone calls using proper etiquette. Assist with store maintenance, cleaning, and other assigned duties while following all policies. This role requires basic hardware knowledge and strong people skills.
Required Qualifications
- Some hardware knowledge
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Present information and respond to questions from customers or associates
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
- Slip resistant shoes with closed toe and heel
