Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, develop safety and treatment plans, and implement interventions for individuals in an Intensive Behavioral Group Living Environment. Engage residents to build personal goals, strengthen self-management, and pursue greater independence through individual and group treatment. Provide clinical training and supervision of direct care staff on therapeutic skills, documentation, and intervention implementation. Collaborate with the IBGLE team, external treatment providers, and natural supports to coordinate care. Offer crisis assessment, prevention, and intervention during work hours and on-call nights and weekends. Assume program leadership and share administrative responsibilities including budgetary procedures, regulatory compliance, and site maintenance in the absence of the Program Director.
Required Qualifications
- LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or other behavioral health category which qualifies as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts
- At least two years of related experience
- Demonstrated professional communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and writing assessments and treatment plans
- Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions using Windows, Word, and Google Email and Apps
- Department of Public Health certification in medication administration
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on an as needed basis
- Ability to climb stairs and carry up to 40 pounds
- Physical capacity to assist people with mobility impairments as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Use of personal cell phone for work purposes
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
