Job Summary
Customer Service Representative handling high-volume multichannel support onsite in Seattle (Live Chat, SMS, email, and phone). Duties include managing up to 150 chats, 20-30 SMS messages, 20-30 calls, and 40-50 emails per shift, reviewing accounts for possible fraudulent activity, assisting performers via email, and maintaining detailed records. Must adhere to department policies, maintain professionalism, and potentially work on special projects. Requires strong multitasking, excellent written and verbal communication, independent decision-making, punctuality, and solid organizational skills; ability to operate multiple admin tools and basic math. Fully onsite role with swing and overnight shifts; compensation ranges from $23.00-$26.50 per hour plus benefits and potential incentive opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of high-volume traffic in a call center environment
- Managing an average of 25 calls, 150 chats, and 30 emails per shift - simultaneously
- Multitasking is essential in every interaction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independent decision-making and good judgment
- Punctuality and excellent attendance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to operate telephone, computer hardware/software including keyboard, 10-key
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- General computer/internet knowledge
- Interpersonal, communication, customer service, and time management skills are imperative
