Job Summary
As an Accreditation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Ascend’s accreditation strategy, coordinating submissions, maintaining documentation, and serving as a liaison between internal teams and accrediting bodies. Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting accreditation applications, maintaining accurate records, supporting standardized processes, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and contributing to internal education about accreditation requirements. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in accreditation, compliance, or related healthcare/education operations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with external stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with accrediting bodies or certification programs preferred.
