Accreditation and Regulatory Specialist (Clarksville - Local / Hybrid)

Job Summary
Conduct proactive data analytics to identify regulatory risks and draft corrective action plans with unit leadership. Monitor adherence to federal and state regulations, interpret complex rules, and facilitate the review of external complaints and accreditations. Initiate policy revisions, assist with regulatory visits, and obtain necessary licensures across the health system. Utilize healthcare data analysis tools to extract and format data for analysis while managing resources to ensure continuous quality improvement. Report to the Department of Quality, Safety & Risk Prevention at Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital, with a hybrid schedule starting full-time on-site for six months.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years Relevant Work Experience
- Accreditation and Regulatory experience
- Nursing experience
- Project management experience
- Healthcare Data Analysis (Intermediate)
- Regulatory Compliance (Intermediate)
- Regulatory Strategy (Novice)
- Regulatory Documentation (Novice)
- Project Management (Intermediate)
- Must be available for on-site full time for at least the first 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- Accreditation and Regulatory experience strongly prefered
- Nursing experience is preferred, but not required
- Some project management experience preferred
