Job Summary
Coordinate program review agendas and compile documentation for graduate medical education accreditation reviews. Manage committee logistics including meeting room setup, catering, and virtual meeting support while tracking decisions in the Accreditation Data System. Serve as the primary contact for committee members regarding reimbursement systems, expense reports, and procedural specialty requirements. Maintain committee membership data and respond to inquiries from programs and external constituents. Ensure timely completion of all documentation and address missing information or access issues. Review interim requests and update assigned committees' web content as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States (US) on a full-time basis
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- Three years' experience as an institutional/residency/fellowship program coordinator or five years of administrative support in a health-related area
- Basic computer skills, including using the internet, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office 365 suite, to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Strong attention to detail and expert follow-up skills
- Demonstrated sound judgment, common sense, and dependability
- Skilled in working under tight timelines and comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and demonstrated flexibility
- Superior organizational and workflow management skills
