Job Summary

Provide administrative support across the Account Services, handling debit card instructions and internet banking registrations, password/memorable date changes for personal and corporate clients, following set procedures to ensure delivery per service level agreements. Identify and feedback continuous improvement opportunities, maintain customer information per processes, and participate in internal training to gain end-to-end process understanding across operations processing functions to enable effective and efficient performance of tasks within Account Services.

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary/High school/A levels
  • 1-2 years experience
