Job Summary

Review, process, and approve financial transactions and e-documents for multiple academic units. Monitor financial activity, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance. Support fellowship administration, gift fund management, and graduate student appointment tracking. Track capital assets and provide guidance on university financial policies. Contribute to audit readiness and serve as a financial resource for faculty, staff, and students. This hybrid role requires one day remote and four days on-campus, with an hourly rate of $29.45–$32.90. Applicants must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in the Kuali Financial System, and the ability to handle sensitive data.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience or equivalent combination
  • Friendly, outgoing, and strong customer service orientation
  • Mac and PC proficiency
  • Excel proficiency
  • Word proficiency
  • Kuali Financial System (KFS) or similar software proficiency
  • Mainframe applications proficiency
  • Ability to retrieve and manipulate data from multiple sources and online warehouses
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion
  • Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
