Accounts Receivables Rep (Healthcare)

Collect on refunding/crediting balances, workers compensation, corporate billing accounts, self-pay, travel health insurance claims, drug screens, and pre-employment physicals for corporate accounts. Accurately document all collection activity, perform manual and electronic billing submissions to payers, and manage desk inventory including reports and high-priority aged items. Inform management of payer, system, or escalated account issues and respond promptly to telephone messages and emails.
