Job Summary
Post and apply cash receipts to support AR operations, manage and resolve customer trade deductions, and analyze trends to identify root causes. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies, support month-end close and reconciliations, and assist with process improvements and special projects. This hybrid role (3 days in office, Tues–Thurs) offers growth from traditional AR into trade deductions and analytics within a collaborative CPG environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
- Understanding of debits & credits
- Experience with trade deductions and customer portals
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
