Accounts Receivable Trade Associate

Manage the company's inflow and provide customer service to internal and external clients. Support cash application and AR accounting by ensuring accurate documentation while managing various transactions submitted to the team. Assist with weekly and month-end close processes, including cash receipts, adjustments, and communication with Sales for chargebacks. Maintain organized filing for AR and deposit documentation, issue credit notes, process transactions, and support the Finance and Sales teams with credit requests. Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and identify solutions for continuous improvement.
