Job Summary
Supervise and manage a team of collections agents, providing coaching and performance evaluations while ensuring collection goals are met. Analyze accounts to support payment arrangements and resolve escalated customer issues. Recommend improvements to collections processes and technology. Develop and implement strategies to maximize recovery rates. Requires a growth mindset, relevant supervisory experience, strong knowledge in collections, and good analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in collections, credit management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of collection techniques, debt recovery, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
