Job Summary
Resolve payment and allocation issues across enterprise and eCommerce platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Analyze payment files from electronic banking systems to ensure automated system application and investigate unapplied items. Post multi-currency customer receipts daily, prepare journal entries, and assist in GL and bank reconciliations. Maintain compliance with internal controls and SLAs to support timely close activities. This onsite contract role in Lehi, UT, requires a minimum of three years' experience in cash application and proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash application or a similar accounting/analysis role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills and experience analyzing data sets to identify issues and trends
- Experience with eCommerce payment application and accounting
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Solid understanding of accounting entries
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
