Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the AR and credit department by processing customer payments, sending invoices and monthly statements, and delivering strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, processing payments and past-due collections when applicable, submitting invoices through online portals, and assisting the Credit Manager on projects. Requires proficiency with Excel and Word, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with others, with no supervisory responsibilities specified. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in accounting preferred or currently obtaining degree
- Minimum two years accounts receivable experience preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work well with others and independently
