Accounts Receivable Specialist

Manage and process all accounts receivable tasks, including preparing invoices, resolving disputes, and contacting delinquent account holders to bring accounts into good standing. Monitor bank accounts for incoming funds, reconcile ledgers, and deposit checks remotely three times weekly while ensuring no overdrafts occur. Collaborate with General, Parts, and Service Managers, as well as Treasury and Accounts Payable staff, to troubleshoot payment impediments and ensure accurate monthly statement generation. Handle John Deere, STIHL, and VersaPay credit card settlements, verify ACH notifications, and post all customer advances and received on account transactions to the general ledger. Requires 3-5 years of treasury experience; full-time role with competitive compensation.
