Job Summary

Accounts Receivable Officer within a global finance team responsible for timely collections and accurate billing. Key duties include monitoring customer accounts, following up overdue balances via email/phone, applying payments in SAP, maintaining invoice tracking and aging reports, reconciling balances, updating monthly cash flow forecasts, and preparing customer statements. Collaborates with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to resolve billing matters, ensures adherence to credit policies and internal controls, performs daily bank reconciliations, supports month-end/year-end close and audit activities, and drives continuous process improvements in Accounts Receivable. Requires SAP experience, advanced Excel skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a shared services environment. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position with opportunities for cross-regional exposure in global finance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in a Shared Services environment is highly preferred
  • Strong SAP knowledge (including transaction processing and reporting)
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong communicator with fluency in written and spoken English
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional engagement skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
