Job Summary
Manage customer accounts by initiating collections conversations, following up on past-due balances, and resolving billing discrepancies with assertive communication. Process daily cash applications across multiple payment types, prepare invoices and credits, and maintain precise records in Epicor/Kinetic. Investigate short-pays and chargebacks, partner with the Shipping team for documentation, and contribute to month-end close and reporting. Requires 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, proficiency in Epicor/Kinetic, and strong attention to detail. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
- Proven track record of accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to maintain precision in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Epicor, Esker, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in data entry
