Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts by performing maintenance, reconciliation, and balancing activities while communicating with internal and external partners. Resolve payment discrepancies, initiate adjustments for unapplied cash, and work with underwriting, agents, and brokers to approve payment terms and settle disputes. Handle customer service inquiries via multiple channels and contribute to team meeting service level standards. Achieve prescribed accuracy and productivity standards within the Specialty Division. Work three days in the office weekly as part of a hybrid model.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., and not require sponsorship now or in the future
  • US Work Authorization required

  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Digital Literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work within deadlines
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Understanding and expertise to execute on assigned Performance Goals via following prescribed training guidelines

Desired Qualifications
