Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage trade spend and is responsible for trade-spend-related bill backs and deductions. Key responsibilities include retrieving and reviewing documentation, communicating with distributors and the sales team to resolve discrepancies, tracking repayments for unauthorized deductions, processing deduction credits into accounting software, resolving A/R discrepancies, collecting on outstanding accounts, and processing all AR deposits. This role requires experience in the CPG sector, particularly in the Food & Beverage industry, along with proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks Enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years CPG experience

- CPG experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Experience working with UNFI & KEHE
- Advance Excel
- Quickbooks Enterprise experience
- Detailed oriented with excellent follow up skills and communication

- Must be located in NYC Metro Area with ability to meet in person when needed
