Accounts Receivable Specialist I

Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist I responsible for outbound calls and emails to collect overdue payments, investigating billing discrepancies, maintaining accurate collection records, monitoring aging reports, and coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure timely collections. Role requires 1-2 years AR experience, a B.Com or similar degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and readiness to work 7 PM–4 AM IST. Proficiency with HighRadius, Salesforce, and SAP is advantageous. Based in Chennai, India (onsite), with a focus on process improvement and adherence to company policies while meeting collection targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in Accounts Receivable
- B.Com or similar degree
- Outbound reach and timely collections
- Comfortable working in 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST Time zone (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication, Analytical and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge in tools like HighRadius / Salesforce / SAP will be an added advantage
