Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for collections, invoicing, and billing processes; build and maintain client relationships while ensuring timely payments, accurate invoicing, and clean records; support cash flow optimization and reduce financial risk; reports to the Senior AR Manager and collaborates with Billing and cash apps teams; on-site in Burlington, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables)
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce strongly preferred
