Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary
Generate accurate customer invoices and post payments via NetSuite, then reconcile accounts and monitor aging reports to follow up on outstanding balances. Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, partner with Sales and Logistics teams to ensure billing accuracy, and maintain records of all AR transactions. Assist with month-end close activities and support audits by providing required documentation and reports. Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and reduce Days Sales Outstanding. This role supports a leading renewable energy manufacturer's vertically integrated supply chain, requiring hands-on NetSuite experience and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, lookups, data organization)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume transactional environments
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
