Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist role handling AR lifecycle activities onsite with a post-onboarding hybrid option in Madison, WI. Responsibilities include applying payments, processing credits/rebills, generating proforma invoices, reconciling AR accounts, researching discrepancies, processing sales tax returns, releasing AR holds, reviewing creditworthiness and payment terms, investigating potentially fraudulent orders, making collection calls, assisting with audits, and performing regular audit/reconciliation tasks. Requires an Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience and 2+ years AR experience; strong problem-solving, communication, proactive customer service, MS Office/Excel proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
