Job Summary
Conduct timely collection of outstanding customer balances and apply payments to accounts. Manage the external recurring revenue system alongside the Internal CRM system. Address customer or internal department queries regarding invoices, raise invoices, and send statements to businesses. Reconcile EFT and cash payments while supporting the Finance team in ad hoc AR reconciliations. Requires three years of Accounts Receivable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Full-time permanent role in Claregalway with a hybrid working model, Monday-Friday schedule, and salary ranging from €33,500 to €43,500 DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a finance environment
- Experience Accounts Receivable (+3 years)
- Microsoft excel and word skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a fast-paced team
- A self-starter highly motivated with a continuous improvement focus
- A fast learner, open to new ideas and an ability to engage fully with all business operations
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
- Customer service skills
