Accounts Receivable Specialist

Implement collection processes for past due accounts using multiple systems while managing customer portfolios via phone, email, and portals. Document all internal and external communications, assess account information to determine the best course of action, and actively listen to resolve customer questions and concerns. Respond accurately to inquiries, explain possible solutions, and act as a liaison between customers and other departments to mitigate credit risk. Adhere to departmental procedures to ensure consistent customer experiences while participating in training to expand knowledge of company products and services.
