Job Summary
Maximize cash flow and minimize risk by balancing customer and branch relationships for your assigned region. Form collection strategies to mitigate customer objections to timely payments and confirm validity of account discrepancies by investigating information from customers, sales, and customer service. Maintain customer accounts by researching short pays, credit balances, and unapplied cash while collaborating with department and branch management to identify high-risk accounts and develop action plans. Perform all duties in accordance with ISO processes and procedures. Cultivate and sustain crucial relationships with the customer base, BlackHawk corporate personnel, and branch staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Expert data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient time management and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 2 to 4 years accounts receivable or general accounting experience
- Experience in Prophet 21
