Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist at BioRender, a hybrid role based in Toronto. Manage end-to-end invoicing, process customer payments, monitor A/R aging, resolve billing discrepancies, and support month-end close. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize billing operations and implement process improvements. Requires 2+ years in AR, strong Excel, experience with AI tools to boost productivity, and excellent communication. Must be able to work from the Toronto office at least one day per week; remote work available the rest of the week. Nice-to-haves include SaaS experience and Stripe exposure.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in an Accounts Receivable role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve productivity and streamline workflows
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work from our Toronto office at least one day per week
Desired Qualifications
- SaaS industry experience
- Exposure to Stripe
- Exposure to month-end close and accounting processes
