Job Summary
Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts by building relationships via phone and email, and resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions. Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions, while collaborating with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Bilingual fluency in English and French is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset
