Accounts Receivable Specialist

Prepare daily batch files from the accounting system to send to the AR factor and record deposits with reconciliation. Reconcile AR subledgers daily, process chargebacks, returns, and bad checks, and file all cash receipt records including checks, credit cards, and EFTs. Reconcile statements, follow up on collections via phone, email, and certified mail, and answer customer and internal stakeholder inquiries. This role supports the high-volume accounts receivable department for a commercial truck dealership representing top-tier brands like Ford and International across ten states.
