Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for timely and accurate billing of customers, working with customers, managers, and technicians to collect and process payments; responsibilities include reviewing and batching jobs, following up on open payments, depositing funds (checks, credit card, cash), maintaining and reconciling financing payments, and ensuring jobs are closed in the correct period. The role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional follow-through, and excellent verbal and written communications, with a focus on integrity and teamwork.
