Job Summary
Maintain AR and invoices in QuickBooks, review billing calculations from internal systems, and perform manual reconciliations to resolve discrepancies. Follow up on payments and handle merchant queries while communicating with US clients during EST hours. This remote independent contractor role requires 2–4 years of AR experience, strong QuickBooks knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Google sheets. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts in the Philippines (9AM–4PM EST) with a reliable remote setup. Prior experience supporting US clients or in supply chain/logistics industries is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of AR experience
- Strong QuickBooks knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and Google sheets
- Excellent spoken and written English
