Job Summary
Generate and distribute accurate invoices, process payments via checks, credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers, and reconcile accounts receivable to ensure proper posting. Monitor accounts for delayed payments, contact clients regarding overdue balances, and negotiate payment arrangements professionally while addressing billing disputes to first-call resolution. Generate aging reports and financial summaries for management, field incoming communications with an upbeat attitude, and maintain customer information and call dispositions through the Field Routes Data Program. Assist other departments as needed and perform general administrative support tasks. Requires 2–3 years of collections or accounting experience, a valid Hawaii/US driver's license, and proficiency with Field Routes. Starting pay is $19.00/hour with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct experience in collections, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting
- High school diploma
- A valid Hawaii/US Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test (100% Drug-Free Workplace)

Desired Qualifications
