Job Summary
Post customer payments and invoices into the accounting system, including updates to customer web portals. Track payment advice, communicate with past due customers, and resolve invoice disputes. Approve credit orders and negotiate payment terms while adhering to strict process compliance. Requires 1 to 3 years of accounts receivable experience, proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel functions, and a strong work ethic. Based in our Edison, New Jersey office with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
