Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Representative to manage dealer accounts, resolve billing issues, and support collections. Responsibilities include contacting dealers regarding production/ship holds, past dues, and account issues; processing payments and applying wires/checks; extending due dates as needed; using internal systems to research accounts and send demand letters; escalating to collections when appropriate; providing invoice copies, rebate/credit information, and account updates to dealers; maintaining detailed notes in the Shutter System; delivering weekly past-due account updates to AR Lead/Supervisor. Requirements emphasize strong attention to detail, excellent communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, analytical problem-solving for moderate to complex issues, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Genesys Cloud is a plus; must be able to work from the La Palma, CA office five days per week.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Analytical thinking with the ability to resolve/de-escalate moderate to complex customer issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Genesys Cloud or similar phone systems a plus
- Able to work from the La Palma, CA office 5 days per week
