Accounts Receivable Representative

Process customer payments and apply them to the correct accounts while managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger. Perform regular follow-up on outstanding invoices, review and resolve customer discrepancies, and generate customer statements and invoices. Maintain communication with customers regarding payment status, aging balances, and outstanding debts, and work with the collections department to manage delinquent accounts and negotiate payment plans. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports detailing aging accounts and outstanding balances. Provide support for audits or other financial reviews as needed. This role requires a high school diploma with 2+ years of accounts receivable experience and proficiency in accounting software like Microsoft D365, QuickBooks, or SAP.
