Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Recovery Specialist focused on recovering delinquent B2B receivables from property owners and management companies. Responsibilities include portfolio management of high-volume commercial accounts, skip-tracing to identify decision-makers, strategic negotiation of payment plans and settlements, and coordinating with Legal for escalated recoveries. Requires familiarity with the litigation process (demand letters, filing complaints, post-judgment recovery such as garnishments and liens), and strong Excel and QuickBooks skills to track actions and reporting. A professional, firm-but-fair approach and the ability to de-escalate tense situations while maintaining business relationships are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or a related role focused on recovering delinquent balances
